• Truffade (a traditional dish with potatoes and fresh Cantal tomme cheese)
• Aligot sausage (aligot is an Auvergnat dish combining melted cheese and mashed potatoes)

• Wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region
• Blueberry tart, Chestnut cake etc...

All our menus respect the culinary traditions of the region and we use fresh, local produce in season.

We can also prepare meals for groups : families, business functions, birthdays from 15 to 60 people.
